Terms and Conditions (TnC)

1. The security of your account is your responsibility. We do have security tools such as 2-factor authentication to help you maintain your account’s security, but the contents of your account and its security is solely your responsibility.
2. You are responsible for all kinds of activities in your account, even if someone else initiates it using your account. Such activities include all the activities occurring in your account and are not limited to deposits, withdrawals, trade, buy and sell orders, etc.
3. Maintaining the security of your login ID and password is solely your responsibility and Bitdroplet does not stand liable for any loss or damage from your failure at adhering with the aforementioned security obligation.
4. You will promptly notify Bitdroplet if and when you come across any unauthorised use of, or access to, our Service through your account, including unauthorised use of your password or account.

While using Bitdroplet, you agree that under any circumstances, you will not resort to:

1. Attempting to disrupt or tamper with Bitdroplet's servers in order to harm the website or Service, place undue burden on Bitdroplet's servers through automated means, or access Bitdroplet's Service in ways that exceed your degree of authorisation.
2. Violate the privacy of any third party, such as by posting another user's personal information without consent.
3. Impersonate any person or entity, including our employees.

In case of excess deposit or withdrawal through your account, you would be liable to return the excess funds. Excess fund is defined as the additional amount of cryptocurrency (coin/token) or INR that you receive. Since simply receiving the excess funds does not make you the rightful owner of those funds, you will have to return the funds back. If you do not return these funds back, legal action would be taken against you.

Note that the usage of Bitdroplet Service warrants that users, under any circumstances, shall not misuse our Services. For example (but not limited to), a user shall not attempt to interfere with or access our Services using any other interface or instructions that we provide.

Non-compliance by the user would instigate legal action from our side or suspension/termination of Services to the user.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or Services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or Services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or Services. We strongly advise you to read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of any third-party websites or Services that you visit.

You hereby authorise and give consent to us to call you through any third-party service providers to inform/alert regarding the update related to Bitdroplet. You further confirm that by sending any such message/calls, you will not hold Bitdroplet, its third-party Service provider liable/institute complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof, as may be applicable from time to time.
