Please read the Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before usinghttps://bitdroplet.com website (the "Service", "us", "we", or "our"). Your access to our Service and use of our Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you disagree, partially or fully, with any of these Terms that follow, you may not access or use the Service.

  1. The security of your account is your responsibility. We do have security tools such as 2-factor authentication to help you maintain your account’s security, but the contents of your account and its security is solely your responsibility.
  2. You are responsible for all kinds of activities in your account, even if someone else initiates it using your account. Such activities include all the activities occurring in your account and are not limited to deposits, withdrawals, trade, buy and sell orders, etc.
  3. Maintaining the security of your login ID and password is solely your responsibility and Bitdroplet does not stand liable for any loss or damage from your failure at adhering with the aforementioned security obligation.
  4. You will promptly notify Bitdroplet if and when you come across any unauthorised use of, or access to, our Service through your account, including unauthorised use of your password or account.
Conduct Restrictions

While using Bitdroplet, you agree that under any circumstances, you will not resort to:

  1. Attempting to disrupt or tamper with Bitdroplet's servers in order to harm the website or Service, place undue burden on Bitdroplet's servers through automated means, or access Bitdroplet's Service in ways that exceed your degree of authorisation.
  2. Violate the privacy of any third party, such as by posting another user's personal information without consent.
  3. Impersonate any person or entity, including our employees.

In case of excess deposit or withdrawal through your account, you would be liable to return the excess funds. Excess fund is defined as the additional amount of cryptocurrency (coin/token) or INR that you receive. Since simply receiving the excess funds does not make you the rightful owner of those funds, you will have to return the funds back. If you do not return these funds back, legal action would be taken against you.

Note that the usage of Bitdroplet Service warrants that users, under any circumstances, shall not misuse our Services. For example (but not limited to), a user shall not attempt to interfere with or access our Services using any other interface or instructions that we provide.

Non-compliance by the user would instigate legal action from our side or suspension/termination of Services to the user.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Links & Services To Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or Services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or Services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or Services. We strongly advise you to read the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of any third-party websites or Services that you visit.

You hereby authorise and give consent to us to call you through any third-party service providers to inform/alert regarding the update related to Bitdroplet. You further confirm that by sending any such message/calls, you will not hold Bitdroplet, its third-party Service provider liable/institute complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communication Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof, as may be applicable from time to time.


Bitdroplet holds the right to terminate/suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or intimation, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitations, in the event of a breach in Terms of usage from your side. Upon termination of Services, your right to use the Service would be ceased immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall we, our directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
  2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  3. Any content obtained from the Service
  4. Unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance. We and our subsidiaries, affiliates, and our licensors do not warrant that

  1. The Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location.
  2. Any errors or defects will be corrected.
  3. The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
  4. The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict with law provisions. Our failure to enforce any rights or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If there is a revision in these terms, we will try to provide at least a 30-day notice before the new Terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use of our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you may stop using the Service.
